website www.futura-roma.com is mostly a "showcase" website, which aims to present
and promote Futura roma products to the users of this
site.
This information under the privacy regulations
(Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data
Protection Code and General Data Protection Regulation
(EU) 2016/679 - hereinafter 'GDPR') is provided by

"Controllers") recognizing the importance of the
protection of personal data and considering its
protection one of the main objectives of their activity.
The "Controllers" inform you that the processing of your
personal data will be based on the principles of
lawfulness, fairness, transparency, limitation of
purposes and storage, minimization of data, accuracy,
integrity and confidentiality. Your personal data will
therefore be processed in accordance with the
legislative provisions of the GDPR and the
confidentiality obligations provided therein.
Before
communicating any personal data, the "Controllers"
invite users to carefully read this Privacy Policy as it
contains important information about the protection of
personal data and the security measures adopted to
ensure their confidentiality in full compliance with the
GDPR.
This Privacy Policy, also:
- it is
intended only for the website www.futura-roma.com
while it does not apply to other websites that may be
consulted through external links;
- it is to be
understood as an Information provided pursuant to art.
13 of the GDPR to those who interact with the Site;

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
For "Personal Data" means
any information concerning an identified or identifiable
natural person with particular reference to an
identifier such as name, an identification number,
location data, an online identifier or one or more
elements characteristic of his physical, physiological,
psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.
The Personal Data collected and processed by the
"Controllers" are:
a. Browsing data
Computer systems of the Site collect some Personal Data
whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet
communication protocols. These are information that is
not collected to be associated with you, but which by
their very nature could, through processing and
association with data held by third parties, allow you
to be identified. Among these are the IP addresses or
domain names of the devices used to connect to the Site,
the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the
resources requested, the time of the request, the method
used to submit the request to the server, the size of
the file obtained in response, the numerical code
indicating the status of the response given by the
server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters
relating to your operating system and computer
environment.
This data is used in order to obtain
anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site
and to check its correct functioning; to allow - given
the architecture of the systems used - the correct
provision of the various functionalities requested by
you, for security reasons and to ascertain liability in
the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the
detriment of the Site or third parties are deleted after
7 days.
b.Voluntarily provided data
Through the Site you have the possibility to voluntarily
provide Personal Data such as name, surname, address,
company, telephone and e-mail through the "INFO -
ORDERS" button or by sending an e-mail info@futura-roma.com.
The "Controllers" will process this data in compliance
with the GDPR, assuming that they are referred to you or
to third parties who have expressly authorized you to
provide them on the basis of a suitable legal basis that
legitimizes the processing of the data in question. With
regard to these hypotheses, it acts as an independent
Data Controller, assuming all the legal obligations and
responsibilities. In this sense, it provides the widest
indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim, request
for compensation for damage from processing, etc. that
may be received by the "Controllers" from third parties
whose Personal Data have been processed through your use
of the Site in violation of the GDPR.
c.Cookie
and similar technologies
The "Controllers"
collect Personal Data through cookies. More information

in the Cookie Policy section of this website.
PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR
OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROCESSING
The Personal Data that you
provide through the Site will be processed by the
"Controllers" for the following purposes:
a)
purposes related to the execution of a contract of which
you are a party or to the execution of pre-contractual
measures adopted at your request (e.g. contact request
via email, request for a quote, request for product
catalogs etc.);
b) purposes of
research/statistical analysis on aggregated or anonymous
data, therefore without the possibility of identifying
the user, aimed at measuring the functioning of the
Site, measuring traffic and evaluating usability and
interest;
c) purposes related to the fulfillment
of a legal obligation to which the "Controllers" are
subject;
d) purposes necessary to ascertain,
exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the
judicial authorities exercise their judicial functions;
e) marketing purposes.
The legal basis for
the processing of Personal Data for the purposes
referred to in point a) is the provision of a service or
the response to a request that does not require consent
pursuant to the GDPR.
The purpose referred to in
point b) does not involve the processing of Personal
Data, the purpose in point c) concerns the fulfillment
of a legal obligation while the purpose in point d)
represents a legitimate processing of Personal Data
pursuant to the GDPR since, once the Personal Data has
been provided, the processing is indeed necessary to
fulfill a legal obligation to which the "Controllers"
are subject, the purpose in point e) is allowed only
with your consent, which you can revoke at any time.
The provision of your Personal Data for the purposes
listed above is optional, but their possible failure to
provide them could make it impossible to respond to your
request or fulfill a legal obligation to which the
"Controllers" are subject.
RECIPIENTS
- subjects necessary for the provision of the services offered by the Site including, by way of example, the maintenance of the Site online, which typically act as data processors of the "Controllers";
- persons authorized by the "Controllers" to process Personal Data who have undertaken to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality; (e.g. employees and collaborators of the "Controllers" specifically trained and designated as data processors;
- judicial authorities in the exercise of their functions when required by the GDPR.
TRANSFERS
Some of your Personal Data may be transferred to servers that may be located in non-EU countries. The "Controllers" ensure, however, that the processing of your Personal Data always takes place in compliance with the GDPR. Indeed, the transfers are based alternatively on an adequacy decision or on the Standard Model Clauses approved by the European Commission. MODE AND SECURITY OF PROCESSING
All personal data collected and processed by the "Controllers" of this site are kept and protected with appropriate confidentiality and security measures, even in the case of use of electronic communication systems and networks, and can be known, within our organization, only by the employees and external collaborators responsible or appointed for the collection, analysis, processing and communication of the same data or for the preparation of economic information reports, as well as technical assistance and maintenance activities of our information systems.
DATA RETENTION
The "Controllers" will process your Personal Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 2. The "Controllers" will process your Personal Data until the time allowed by Italian law to protect their interests (Art. 2947(1)(3) c.c.). RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
As an interested party, you have the right to ask the Data Controllers for access to personal data and the rectification or deletion of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning them or to object to the processing (articles 15 and following of the GDPR).
