Note: Sales and the issuance of corresponding
tax invoices or receipts fall under Claudia Conti
Sole Proprietorship; however, data access for order
fulfillment and customer support management is conducted
jointly by the Joint Controllers.

Any data or information voluntarily shared by the
user by sending an email to
info@futura-roma.com (e.g., for information
requests, customer support, or return/exchange
management).
4. Purposes of Data Processing
Data collected through the Shopify platform or via
email is used by the Joint Controllers exclusively for:
- Order Management and Fulfillment:
Shipping and delivery of products, payment
processing, post-sale customer support, returns, or
replacements.
- Tax and Legal Obligations: Issuance of
tax documentation by Claudia Conti Sole
Proprietorship and compliance with accounting and
regulatory requirements under Italian law.

shopping cart are provided by Shopify Inc.
Data entered at checkout is stored on Shopify's
secure servers, protected by advanced encryption systems
and firewalls. The Joint Controllers do not, under any
