REFUND POLICY

In compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and European Consumer Protection Directives, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return procedure, please contact us at info@futura-roma.com with the subject line “Return 0000”, replacing the zeros with your order number.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code provides for the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made and personalized products; therefore, such items cannot be returned.
In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized such as, for example, the digital Scrigno wine, champagne and spirits holder or other items created upon specific request. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. We cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, the Seller will proceed with the new shipment without requiring a new transaction in the case of a size/colour exchange for the same product, or you may purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via bank transfer to the account details provided at the email address info@futura-roma.com.

The shipping costs for making the return are borne by the Customer and are therefore non-refundable.
