Shipping Countries and Delivery Times
The delivery of purchased products is executed as
detailed below.
Delivery times may be subject to delays during
public holidays or non-working days for carriers
(for instance: December 25th, December 26th, January
1st, and weekends).
On average, order processing requires 4 to 5
business days.
In the case of pre-order items, the entire
order will be dispatched only when all items are
available in stock. In any event, products will be
delivered within 30 days as prescribed by law,
unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
For orders placed via Credit Card or
PayPal, please allow one additional business day
to standard shipping timelines to account for
mandatory administrative checks.

Italy
National shipping is available across all Italian
regions.
Delivery throughout Italy is estimated within
2-3 business days from the moment the order has
been processed.
Europe
International shipping is available to all
European Union member states: Austria, Belgium,
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark,
Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary,
Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,
Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia,
Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
For all European countries, delivery is estimated
within 7-8 business days from the moment the
order has been processed.
Shipping Costs
Italy
- Standard shipping cost in Italy: €10.00
- National shipping is free for orders
over €250.00
Europe
- For orders up to €250.00, a flat shipping
fee of €12.00 applies.
- Shipping is free for all orders over
€250.00.
Non-EU Countries
- The shipping cost for Non-EU countries is a
flat fee of €30.00.
- For Non-EU destinations, any customs duties
and import taxes shall be borne solely by the
Customer/Recipient.
