GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Subject of the Contract and Identification of the Seller.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the distance purchase of products under the Futura roma® brand (trademark and intellectual property rights co-owned by Mr. Daniele Sciarra, Tax ID SCRDNL68D19H501Y, VAT No. 10300980587, and Ms. Claudia Conti, Tax ID CNTCLD86L51H501R, VAT No. 17472581002) via the website www.futura-roma.com. The transaction, shopping cart, and payment process are securely provided and managed through the Shopify e-commerce platform, which powers our online store.
The products displayed on the website are sold by Claudia Conti Sole Proprietorship, with registered office at Via dei Larici, 1A, 00034, Colleferro (RM), Italy, VAT No. 17472581002, Certified Email (PEC): claudia.conti86@pec.it, email: info@futura-roma.com.
2. Products, Prices, and Availability
• Craftsmanship and Uniqueness: Products branded Futura roma® are exclusive and handmade. Any minor variations compared to the images shown on the website attest to the handcrafted nature and uniqueness of each item.
• Prices: All prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any modifications will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Availability: Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, availability may vary. In the event of temporary unavailability or extended processing times, the Customer will be promptly informed via email.
3. Purchase Procedure and Contract Conclusion • The Customer selects the desired items, specifies their characteristics (model, color, quantity), and adds them to the Shopping Cart.
• To complete the order, the Customer is redirected to the checkout process managed by the secure Shopify platform. • Before final order submission, the Customer reviews the order summary detailing item prices, shipping fees, and billing/shipping details.
• The contract is considered concluded upon receipt by the Customer of the automated Order Confirmation email generated by the system. 4. Shipping Costs and Delivery • Shipping in Italy: For orders up to €250.00, a flat shipping fee of €10.00 applies.
• Shipping in Europe: For orders up to €250.00, a flat shipping fee of €12.00 applies.
• Free Shipping: Shipping is free for both Italy and Europe on all orders over €250.00.
• Non-EU Shipping: A flat shipping fee of €30.00 applies. For Non-EU countries, any customs duties and import taxes shall be borne solely by the Customer/Recipient.
• Delivery Times: Shipping times vary based on warehouse availability or the production time required for handmade items. Estimated delivery times will be specified in the order confirmation or via email. 5. Payment Methods
Payment for products can be made directly through the Shopify platform using the following secure methods: • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Maestro, UnionPay, Discover, Diners Club. • PayPal
• Shop Pay
• Buy Now, Pay Later (Installments): Klarna, Scalapay, Clearpay, Satispay.
• Any other payment methods enabled at checkout (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer if configured in Shopify settings).
Charges are debited at the time of order confirmation. 6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Pursuant to Article 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving the products. • Procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an explicit notification to
info@futura-roma.com. • Return Conditions: Returned products must be intact, unused, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or clearly personalized products tailored to the Customer's specific request (Art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code). 7. Legal Guarantee and Customer Support

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. • For purchases made by Consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession): Any dispute shall fall under the non-excludable jurisdiction of the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer, provided it is located within the territory of the Italian State. • For purchases made by Business Customers / B2B (purchases made with a VAT number): Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of this contract shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the Seller's registered office is located.
